当院のご案内（⽇本語でのご理解について）
当院では、美容医療における効果・副作⽤・ダウンタイムなどの専⾨的な説明を⼗分にご理解いただくことが、安全で納得のいく治療につながると考えております。
そのため、すべての患者様に安⼼して施術をお受けいただけるよう、カウンセリングから施術まで⽇本語でのご説明を基本としております。そのため、ご説明の内容に対して⼗分なご理解が難しいと判断された場合は、やむを得ずご予約や施術をお受けできないことがございます。
ご理解のほどよろしくお願いいたします。
▶ 通訳の⽅をご同伴いただく場合
通訳を介したカウンセリング・施術対応では、通常よりも時間を要するため、当院の「特別対応ポリシー」が適⽤され、施術料⾦が通常の 2 倍となります。
※このポリシーは、⾔語や国籍にかかわらず「説明や対応に特別な時間を要する場合」すべてに適⽤される共通ルールです。

患者様に納得して治療を受けていただくために、治療について細かな説明、リスク⾯や施術後の注意事項などの説明をさせていただきます。その説明の中には専⾨⽤語も含まれます。それらを理解してご納得していただいた上で、同意書にサインをいただいていますので、難しい⽇本語も理解していただく必要がございます。
- ご予約は⽉曜⽇と⾦曜⽇のみ承っております。（銀座）
- ご予約は⽕曜⽇のみ承っております。（吉祥寺）
- 診察が必要な商品を購⼊の場合には、通常の倍のお時間を要するため、⼤変恐れ⼊りますが、料⾦も通常の 2 倍の料⾦をいただいております。
- ・カウンセリング代はお⼀⼈税込 11000 円かかります。ただし、当⽇そのまま施術をお受けになる場合、カウンセリング代は無料となります。
※通訳の⽅も含めて、カウンセリング代は税込 22,000 円です。
About Our Clinic (Understanding Japanese)

Therefore, in order to ensure that all patients can receive treatment with peace of mind, we provide explanations in Japanese from the consultation to the treatment. If we determine that
you are unable to fully understand the explanations provided, we may unfortunately be unable to accept your appointment or treatment.

▶ When accompanied by an interpreter
Counseling and treatment conducted through an interpreter may take longer than usual, so our “Special Response Policy” applies, resulting in treatment fees being doubled.
※This policy is a common rule applicable to all cases where special time is required for explanations or responses, regardless of language or nationality.

To ensure that the patient is satisfied with the treatment, we provide a detailed explanation of the treatment, the risk aspects, and post-treatment precautions.
The explanation will include technical terms. After you understand and agree to these terms, you will be asked to sign a consent form, so it is necessary for you to understand even difficult Japanese.
- Reservations are accepted only on Mondays and Fridays.
- Reservations are available only on Tuesdays.
- We are sorry to say that we charge twice the usual fee for products that require medical attention, as it takes twice as long as usual to purchase these products.
- Counseling fee is 11,000（eleven thousand）yen per person including tax. However, if you are having the treatment on the same day, the counseling fee will not be charged.
※The counseling fee, including the interpreter’s fee, is 22,000（twenty-two thousand） yen.
